The tainted clothing is in my main stickpile. It’s because you have everything else checked off, the clothing is also labeled as something like non-smeltable but you have it set so those won’t be burned meaning it won’t burn the clothing. If you want to burn it enable everything except for clean apparel. Okay, got it..

If there are non tattered clothes available when they have tattered ones, they will switch. In A15 you had to enforce it by allowing 51% or more.
